The kick-off of summer fun is close at hand. Semesters end is fast approaching, and for some, major milestones culminating with graduation ceremonies are but a mere breath away. For many, summer promises endless days of non-stop fun in the sun. A flip of the calendar page and backyard gatherings will be in full swing. Now I hear some whispering going on. Psst, psst, psst! I guess it is safe to say that you checked out the photo above. Mm hmm . . . yes, those are reeeal vintage glass dishes sitting on my wonderful floral patterned tablecloth! Yup, real silverware and linen napkins too! Holy moly you are correct again. Oh wow . . . I am besides myself with joy! You all are reallllly paying attention! Wait shhh . . . not done yet. Yes, I agree that those dishes seem mighty small for a barbecue. Lol! What can I say? Oh please people, take a breath and read on.

For many, summer promises lazy-days filled with laughter shared with friends and family, gently morphing into warm star gazing nights long after glowing coals have cooled. Wait! Hang on a second. Before you go star-gazing . . . plleeeease focus your eyes on the photo above. Phew . . . I thought that I had lost some of you for a moment. Ahhh! Is that moaning and groaning I am hearing? Don’t you agree, that something so scrumptious deserves a beautiful table to set it on. After all, one can not live by the stars alone!
