Dishing it up / with Sharon Insul

Come sit with me for awhile . . .
and see what I’m bringing to the table ®

Excuse me? .   .   . Who says that the tried and true can not survive in this day and age of technical wonders and advancements! Have a look at this  8 lane 1937 bowling alley still going strong!!! Happenstance brought me to a small town about an hour from Los Angeles, where this little gem of a surprise sits unfazed by the frantic pace of 2016.

Hmmm .   .   . I know what most of you are thinking. Uh ha .   .   . I really do. You’re sitting, wherever, and saying that writing my Tableofferings book has gotten to me .   .   . Nah!!!   The reason for showing this charmer is to show you how an idea can become a reality! Now I’ll grant you that most people are not prepared to drive an hour to bowl .   .   . correct? Wait .   .   . I’m not ready to give up on an idea. Sooo .   .  . this is what I came up with .   .   . oh please .   .   . patience .   .   . I am getting there.  Instead of this ‘far away’ sweet charming bowl of  yore, I went searching for another bowling alley that is more geographically desirable, and much to my surprise I found several within a reasonable distance. O k .   .  .  now that I had a few destinations picked out, my next project is to create a quirky out-of-the-box fun evening, and I mean just that .   .   . out-of-the-box! What could be better than an RV (a friends), with tables outside, in a corner of the bowling alley parking lot, serving up a smorgasboard of delectables? Of course with permission (and a fee) from the bowling alley. Well the only way to do this .   .   . is just go for it!
