When I do a dinner party, I usually lay out the goodies on a sideboard. Why would I do such a thing ? Well.   .  . hmmm, maybe it’s because I think wetting someones appetite adds a  little extra excitement and .   .   . I just love listening to the oohs and ahhs. Besides it’s fun watching some of my guests take a longing furtive glance during dinner! That’s probably to make sure that their ‘favorite’ silent picks have not up and walked away! Now it’s not just about putting the yummies out for a little loving torture, it’s also about how they are laid out that really plays a major role in whether my fun loving guests don’t turn into a stampede of sweet starved, hypoglycemic desperados! Yes, yes, thank you, I am always thinking ahead. Take seven (7)potentially sweet junkies in need of a fix , and as you probably have surmised.  .  .  it could get very dicey! So in order to keep all out of harms way, I spread all of the goodies out, in order to give everyone a fair chance! Hopefully!!!

Let’s cut to the chase! It’s all about the finale anyway .   .   . right?
