For the pork lovers who stick to the tried and true… http://www.food.com/recipe/authentic-chinese-pork-chow-mein-79774  An easy quick fix recipe, without losing any ooh’s and ahhh’s when served. Yup another NO BRAINER recipe giving you more ‘me time.’

For a refreshing and most pleasurable finish… canned Lychee nuts, available in most markets. I find it best to chill first, then drain liquid, and serve them over crushed ice … the cold brings the taste to the peak of perfection.
