Come sit with me for awhile and…
see what I”m bringing to the table
Thanksgiving . . . fallen leaves that crunch under foot, shorter daylight, nippier nights, home gatherings, lit fireplaces, and . . . by all means… candles… lots of candles… tall, short, fat, skinny, floating, and fancy . . .
Oh please don’t hold back . . . whether for two or ten, light it up! Now add in some earthenware, wooden bowls, and trays . . . mix in copper, leafless branches, glittered pumpkins, gourds, and dried leaves*. . .
WAIT !!!!!!! . . .
Your almost done . . . except for the ‘go-to-home goodie bags’ that I mentioned last week.
2-3″ tall clay pots, glitter pens in harvest colors for guests names etc., and a smidgen of imagination. New clay pots tooooo bright for your fall decor… dip in strong tea solution, or dab wet tea bags to darken. So simple……….
* Now for the other glitter project… pumpkins, leaves, and/or branches . . . same glitter pens! So, so, simple!
More next week……………….
