Ahhh .   .   . feeling romantic but sheltered in place?

Here is an easy-peasy fix that will definitely bring a little sparkle into your life.  Seriously. No joke. Push back your furniture and lay-claim to your picnic paradise!!! Throw a couple comforters, quilts or even beach towels on your floor. Oooooo the floor is to hard someone just said. Uh ah! Not if you pile on the pillows. Now it’s time to give your new ‘love island’ more razzle-dazzle .  .   . add string lights here, there and everywhere. A tray to hold your ice bucket and glasses. Hmmm. What’s left? Of course plates and plates of tasty morsels .   .   . soft easy-listening background music.

Oh. Yes yes yes I hear you. It’s about the kids. O k no problem. Starting with the same basic layout as above but .   .   .  this island is geared for family fun. Before stepping on to this special ‘family-island’ each child needs to bring a game as their entrance fee that can be played while eating the super-duper sub-sandwhich seen below. Don’t forget to add  bowls filled with extra kid-friendly munchies to this party. The health crisis may take longer than a couple of weeks but with a little imagination you can just keep creating new unexplored islands.   Be Safe!!!!
