 Can’t face yet another ho-hum-same-old plated meal? Well .   .   .  hang on.   .   . because here’s my summer solution.  .   . bowls, bowls, bowls!!!!!  I heard that snicker. I’ll wait for you to take a breath. People focus for a second. Thanks. I am always emphasizing presentation, presentation, presentation. Think of a bowl as a surprise treasure hunt. Hidden layers of delicious goodies just waiting to be discovered. Ahhhhhh finally. I just heard that quiet ahha from my ‘debbie-doubter’. It’s alright, I’m happy that you stuck around long enough to hear me out.

Now that I have your attention let’s take a second to remember that plate of spaghetti served-up on a flat plate. You know .  .   . the endless wrestling to prevent those loose-ends from ending on the table instead of your mouth!!! Not to mention your kids reaction to a real treasure hunt. All that they need to do is start eating to find the hidden goodies you have so cleverly tucked beneath the first or second layer of food. Aw come on .   .   . what have you got to lose? I’ll tell you what .   .   . that same-old flat plate of food!
