I have called on my ‘Provenceeeeee’ plates to help create the mood. There is something about the warm marigold tones sprinkled with bouquets of bright flowers that sets my heart a pitter-pattering at high speed! Yes yes!!! I just saw the light of nostalgia flash in many of your eyes. Go ahead close your eyes while remembering the warmth of the sun and the lavender with it’s rich heady scent. Now take those wonderful happy memories and dig out your brightest dishes, napkins and a few candles adding a small wheel of brie and a warm baguette served up with a mellow wine? Couldn’t hurt. Right?
