OMG this has been the best shopping day ever!

What was that? Someone just asked if I shopped the internet? Nope! The mall? Nope! Don’t be silly! This shopping excursion was one of excavation, and interpretation. I found a treasure trove of goodies right in my very own backyard. Well not exactly in my own backyard. Ahhhhh I just heard one of my readers yell your cupboards. Yes, yes, yessssss. Kudos and a round of applause to those of you who read my blog on goodies in your cupboard and closets.

Unearthing treasures tucked away for the season, becomes a moment of EUREKA! That very moment .   .   . when my eyes and hands once again lay claim to my special goodies. My large wine basket seen above is the first of many tablescapes scheduled for the upcoming season. Chocked full of wonderfully aromatic Eucalyptus, mixing it up with sunflowers and gourds. The pear seen to the left of the basket is a hand painted gourd. Candles nestled in holders of varying heights gives flames their space for flights of fancy. 

I would love to sit and chat with all of you, however, I’m still treasure hunting at home.
