The key to an enchanted evening  .   .   .

begins with family, friends, flickering flames, and twinkling lights. Mini-lights safely tucked within silver mesh ribbons (battery operated), remain perfectly poised for the much awaited striking of a match, and the flip of a switch. In the above photo, a vintage white-on-white table linen, blends with a stunning Grecian patterned napkin. Butttt .   .   . I chose to use it as a place mat, which added some drama to alternating settings. The alternated settings are designated in silver place mats, aka napkins. To  further create interest, I used linen pearl edged cocktail napkins, gathered around the stem of wine glasses, then tied with silver tassels.Did someone just ask me why? (giggle, giggle)  Because I can! I LOVE stepping out-of-the-box .   .   . you know .   .   . to get a breath of fresh air!!! Phew!

Hmmm .   .   . for this centerpiece?  I put my ‘fav’ glass dome that   resembles a bell to work. I laid the dome on its side, and filled it with vintage silk covered white balls, large gold edged mother of pearl drops, that sits regally on top of lightly snow dusted pine tree branches.Throw in large and small pines cones, also touched by a flurry of snow, and voilà! Ooooppps .   .   . I almost forgot to tell you, that I added multiple strands of faux pearls with  gold trim, and just a smattering of all gold strands.

The photo below gives you a birds eye view of this centerpiece .   .   . hmmm .   .   . Lol, I was wondering when you where going to notice the lack of actual tableware .   .   . Ahhh .  .   . now you get to fill in the missing blanks and email sharons3@me.com with your input.
