Yes, it’s true you could just toss the food on a plate,  with some eating utensils and paper napkins on the table .   .   . and call it a day !!! Right? Oh pleeeease NO, no no. Just a couple of minutes and a fresh look can and will make a huge difference in how you will feel. By the way .    .    . while you’re at it  .   .   . how about you lose the sweats? Come on lol .   .   . you know what I’m talking about. Think of the change like a quick spa-like experience without the cost.
