Can someone please slow down this train? I don’t mean to be a complainer .   .   . but .   .   . geez! The calendar is going sooo fast that I’m in a perpetual state of dizziness.

Maybe it’s the Halloween goblins that have been flipping the calendar pages faster than us mere mortals can wrap our brains around?  Working on the premise that Halloween is a mere blink away, and the witches and goblins need to strut their stuff, it has become a situation of ready or not! Well I for one will not be daunted. Sooo with October 31st, blazing a trail to our doorsteps, I am offering up an itty-bitty, teeny-weeny peek of this year’s Halloween goings-on. Seen above is a hint of my color scheme for this year’s soirée. Oh please .   .   . I have no choice but to keep some of my tricks or treats to myself so as not to forewarn the ghosts, goblins and their flying friends, the witches .   .   . and .   .    . keep my witches under control!

In the photo above, please check out the right hand corner. Mmm hmmm. Do you see the queen of the witches trying to break free? We’ll see how keeping the Halloween crew under wraps for the next few weeks works out.

Yes, of course I am aware of Halloween usually being tricked out in orange and black. As you all know, I am always looking to step-out-of the ho-hum, everyday boring box and ratchet it up a notch .   .   . or two! Yes of course their is nothing wrong with staying with the tried and true .   .   . but geez .   .   . can’t some of you just slide your little toes over that line? Well I will leave you to your decision of black/orange versus a pop of color.
