Come sit with me for awhile . . .
and see what I’m bringing to the table ®
Do you see that green pear sweetly nestled among my ginormous pine cones?

Sure, sure . . . take another look. I just heard some yeses, and some no’s. Yippee-ki-yay tablescapers! Both answers work for me . . . because . . . I now know that I have your attention. Perfect. Yes, yes. I’m ready to move on. Sheesh. The over sized very-vintage hand-carved centerpiece, is filled with a mix of Mother Nature’s beautiful bounty, craftspeople contributions, and a smattering of stunning leaves found right outside my house. A vibrant ceramic squash lies on a patterned table linen of gingko leaves in a softened tone of sage on sage for a big punch of color. To give each place setting their own spotlight, I layered hand-painted ceramic dinner plates, eye-popping orange square salad plates, topped off with chartreuse colored glass bowls. I alternated the napkin colors between forest green and golden melon. When candles in holders of copper painted speckled glass, ceramic, and vintage hand-turned copper sticks are set ablaze . . . there is no denying Fall has officially begun.
Hang on . . . don’t go just yet. As in life, most things and opinions have at least two sides. Agreed. We will delve into the opinion portion for another time. Read on . . .

People . . . please let’s stay on point. Phew! Thanks. This photo gives you a good view of the vibrant ceramic squash, surrounded by faux corn complete with husk. To give this table eye candy interest, I added a very old copper pedestal candy dish holding a candle tucked into vines of glass grapes. Napkins are held by mini- wreaths of dried grape vines filled with small bunches of grapes, giving this table setting a polished Fall debut.
