All kinds of salads!!!

You know what’s great about salads? Yes, yes they’re good for you .   .   . uh .   .  . can we please move past the obvious? Thanks!  What I love about salads are the endless possibilities of combinations .   .   . tried and true .   .   . and the not-so-tried and true. Now I admittedly am all about living on the edge when it comes to my salad choices! If it’s edible  .   .   . I’m in!

Hello .   .   . do you all think I can’t hear the grumbling going on? I just heard someone say what’s the big deal? .   .   . What’s the big deal? ?  I’ll tell you what the big deal is! It’s all about the crispy, the crunchy, the blend of textures, and the endless combinations!  And, and , and .   .   . I haven’t even covered the infinite medley of flavors that you can create.    With a little bit of this and a little bit of that, you’ll have everyone’s mouth doing everything from a slow sultry tango, to an effervescent sizzling salsa! It’s all in the herbs, and spices.

I know some of you are asking about what to serve your salad creations in .   .  . right? That’s an easy one. Stretch your imagination with a bunch of small bowls filled with whatever your imagination and larder has to offer.  Because everyone has different ideas as to what goes in/or on top of their salad, start with a ‘create your very own concoction’ salad extraordinaire, with as many fixings as you can think of and go salad crazy!!!!
