It’s coming. There’s no doubt. It’s on its way. What? . . . I can’t stop it. Don’t you think I’ve tried? Oh please . . . by the time it gets here most of you will be on board . . . Promise! ! !
The photo below? That’s an easy answer. I’m taking stock of some of my treasures, so that I’ll be ready to jump into the Fall fray. This requires a teensy-weensy bit of a logistical maneuver. People, people, people, stay calm.
Liken this maneuver to a seasonal wardrobe change. Sheeeesh ! Go ahead take another deep breath. Let me explain how this works. I keep the more seasonal dishes stacked toward the back of each cabinet, where they have played happily while on hiatus. What the ‘changing of the dishes’ does, is unearth a ton of out-of-sight, out-of-mind opportunities! Come on . . . please? How many times have you found a forgotten this or that item tucked away in a seasonal clothing no-travel-zone? So I go thru my back stacks of dishes etc. and will reverse what will not be needed/used in the up-coming months/season. Now for one of the best parts . . . wait for it. You will have just reached a fantastic photo-op . . . whip out your iPhone, BlackBerry, or . . . and click pics of all of your goodies for an easy pictorial access, as well as decision making while still out and about. Mm hmmm . . . ah haa . . . whoa . . . at first I thought I was privy to a comet shower, however, at second glance it seems to be a whole bunch of light bulbs coming to life over a ton of heads! See almost everything in life is about how you look at things.The almost? Well that’s another discussion for another time. The photo below has one of my wreaths unearthed early for fluffing and to tickle my creative hands-on impulses! This puppy will be in all of its ‘center-stage’ glory shortly.
